Sie besteht aus drei Gebaudeblocken. Das 6-7 geschossige Gebaude aus 1974 verfugt uber insgesamt 357 Einzel-Wohneinheiten mit angegliederten Gemeinschaftsraumen. Zwei Treppenraume erschliessen die Geschosse (BRA ca. 30 700 m3, Grundstucksflache ca. 9 100 m2, Zimmergrossen ca. 17,5 m2, einschliesslich Nasszelle). Nach der Modernisierung bleiben 262 Einzel-Wohnungen erhalten, weitere 33 Wohneinheiten werden zu 2-Zimmerapp. umstrukturiert. Nach dem laufenden Abbruch von Einbauten und Haustechik erfolgten: energetische Sanierung der Fassade (Fenster, zus. Warmedammung, WDVS-Fassade), Innensanierung der Oberflachen, Erneuerung der Haustechnik inkl. Nasszellen, Erneuerung der Wand-, Boden- und Deckenbelage, neue Teilmoblierung der Zimmer (Pantrykuchen und Schrank), kontrollierten Wohnraumluftungen, zentrale Luftungsanlage mit WRG auf dem Dach. Energietrager ist und bleibt weiterhin die Fernwarme.Awards
