Dieser wurde in der Sitzung des Umwelt-/Verkehrs- und Planungsausschusses am 12.7.2011 einstimmig beschlossen. Die zugehorige Vorlage ist im Erlanger Ratsinformationssystem unter www.ratsinfo.erlangen.de veroffentlicht.Jeder Meilenstein soll auf den Ergebnissen des vorherigen aufbauen, daher ist eine zeitgleiche Bearbeitung mehrerer Meilensteine nur teilweise vorgesehen.Die verschiedenen Untersuchungen zur Stadt-Umland-Bahn (Meilensteine A und B) sowie die Erstellung des Verkehrsmodells Erlangen (Meilenstein C) wurden im Jahr 2012 abgeschlossen bzw. stehen derzeit kurz vor der Fertigstellung. Die Meilensteine D) bis F) sollen zur Gewahrleistung eines transparenten Entscheidungsprozessessowie unter Berucksichtigung von Vorschlagen aus der Burgerschaft von Anfang an mit einer Beteiligung der Offentlichkeit durchgefuhrt werden. Mit einer Gesamtfertigstellung des Verkehrsentwicklungsplanes ist Ende 2016 zu rechnen. Die aktuelle Ausschreibung umfasst die Bearbeitung des Meilenstein D ,,OPNV-Konzept ". Dieser beinhaltet u. a. eine Bestandsanalyse des Erlanger Stadt- und Regionalbusnetzes, die Durchfuhrung und fachliche Begleitung einer breiten offentlichen Beteiligung sowie die Entwicklung und detaillierteverkehrliche/finanzielle Bewertung von mind. 3 Planfallen. Es sind OPNV-Konzepte sowohl fur mittelfristige Massnahmen im Rahmen des Nahverkehrsplanes Erlangen 2015-2020 als auch langfristig fur das Prognosebezugsjahr 2030 des Verkehrsentwicklungsplans zu entwickeln. Grundlage dieser Untersuchungen ist das mit VISUM/VISEVA erstellte Verkehrsmodell der Stadt Erlangen (Meilenstein C).Awards
