Das Baufeld befindet sich inmitten eines parkartig angelegten Grundstucks mit altem Baumbestand und den Bestandsgebauden der ehem. Andreas-Hermes-Akademie. Der zu zertifizierende Neubau gliedert sich konstruktiv in zwei Bauweisen. Auf dem massiven Untergeschoss, das Technik- und Nebenraume sowie eine Tiefgarage aufnimmt, wird ein zweigeschossiger Holzbau in Skelettbauweise sowie Holz-Hohlkastendecken errichtet. Der Ausbau der Obergeschosse erfolgt in Leichtbauweise. Nach Abschluss der Baumassnahmen werden die Aussenanlagen unter Integration der bestehenden Baume neu gestaltet.Awards
