Hier wird innenstadtnah ein lebendiger Ort mit urbaner Hafenatmosphare entwickelt, der neben einem Anleger fur die Mehrpersonenschifffahrt auch Liegeplatze fur private, alternativ angetriebene Boote und Kanus bietet. Das gesamte Hafenareal umfasst eine Flache von ca. 13 800 m2. Davon entfallen z. B. 4 025 m2 auf die reine Wasserflache des Hafenbeckens, ca. 6 600 m2 auf offentliche Freiflachen und ca. 450 m2 auf Bauflachen. Die Hafenfunktionen sollen sich an der Nordwest- und Sudseite des Hafenbeckens konzentrieren. Zum Projekt liegen Planungsleistungen bis zur Leistungsphase 4 gemass SSSS 39 und 43 HOAI aus den Jahren 2010 bis 2012 vor. Die Fortfuhrung der Planung soll in 3 Losen in einem offenen Verfahren gemass VgV SS 15 hiermit vergeben werden.Die Vergabe der Leistungen zum Los 1 erfolgt an die Bietergemeinschaft der Buros:-- Fichtner Water & Transportation GmbH aus Leipzig und-- Hafner Jimenez Betcke Jarosch Landschaftsarchitektur GmbH aus Berlin.Awards
