Nach dem Grundlagenerlass (Anlage 9) muss jede weiterfuhrende Schule, die als Halbtagsschule gefuhrt wird, ab dem 01.02.2009, an Tagen mit verpflichtendem Nachmittagsunterricht eine "Padagogische Ubermittagsbetreuung" der Schuler:innen gewahrleisten. Daruber hinaus sollen die Halbtagsschulen im Hinblick auf die Forderbedarfe und Interessen der Schuler:innen sowie die Bedarfe der Eltern erganzende ausserunterrichtliche Ganztags- und Betreuungsangebote (z.B. erganzende Arbeitsgemeinschaften, Forder- und Freizeitangebote, Bewegungs- und Kulturangebote) bereitstellen. Die Teilnahme ist fur Schuler:innen nicht verpflichtend.
