Das Bauprogramm umfasst eine 2 - teilbare Sporthalle DIN 18032 fur den Schul- und Vereinssport sowie Unterrichtsraume fur den Allgemeinen Unterricht, Fachraume und einen Ganztagsbereich (GBS). Der Neubau wird auf dem Standort des jetzigen Fachklassentrakts errichtet. Fur die Dauer der Bauzeit mussen Schulcontainer aufgestellt werden - Standort Bestandssporthalle.Gegenstand der vorgesehenen Massnahme ist eine eingegrabene Sporthalle, die mit den Unterrichtsraumen U-formig umbaut und uberbaut wird. Aus der Umbauung der Sporthalle resultiert ein 73 m langer und 31 m breiter Kubus. Mit dem Eingraben der Sporthalle und der Anordnung der Hallensohle auf rd. - 4 m unter OK Gelande wird die Gebaudehohe auf i. M. 10,35 m begrenzt. Die Baustellenzufahrt soll ausschliesslich uber den Alfred-Beit-Weg erfolgen. Zum Nachbargrundstuck, zum Schulhof und zum Oberstufenhaus sind geschlossene Bauzaune zu errichten.Awards
