Gemeinsam mit dem Mitteldeutschen Verkehrs-verbund (MDV) und den beteiligten Verkehrsunternehmen betreibt sie die Fahrplanauskunft INSA. INSA ist als Internetseite (www.insa.de), als App und Telefonauskunft verfugbar. Die NASA GmbH schreibt die Telefonauskunft fur den offentlichen Personennahverkehr in Sachsen-Anhalt aus. Es sind vorrangig telefonische Auskunfte zum Angebot des offentlichen Personennahverkehrs (OPNV) in Sachsen-Anhalt zu erbringen. Daruber hinaus sind Rufbusbestellungen entgegenzunehmen, zu erfassen und weiterzuleiten sowie die Bestellfenster (Tabellen mit Fahrtangeboten) mit einer gesonderten Rufbus-Software regelmassig zu pflegen. Ebenso sind E-Mails, welche uber die Webseiten der NASA GmbH eingehen zu beantworten, bzw. an die zustandigen Bereiche weiterzuleiten.Awards
