Das Schulgelande liegt im Sudosten der Stadt Burg Stargard. Die Erschliessung des Areals erfolgt von der sudlichen Seite uber die ,,Kluschenbergstrasse". Das Schulgelande ist derzeit mit 3 Gebauden bebaut - Regionale Schule, Grundschule und Sporthalle.Die im Bestand unzureichend geloste raumliche Situation der Essenversorgung in der Regionalschule erfordert einen externen Mensaneubau. Das geplante Gebaude passt sich unmittelbar in den Gelandesprung von Grund- Realschule ein und bildet somit das Bindeglied zwischen den beiden Schulen und der Sporthalle. Die Raumgrosse ist fur ca. 150 Personen im Mensabetrieb ausgelegt. Daruber hinaus, sollen aber auch Veranstaltungen entsprechend der Versammlungsstattenverordnung mit ca. 200 Personen moglich sein. Auf der Nordseite schliesst sich der Service-Block mit Sanitar und Kuchenbereich an. Der hier verortete Haupteingang erschliess Sanitarbereiche und Speisraum gleichermassen. Neben Herren- und Damen-WC ist auch ein Behinderten-gerechtes WC vorgesehen. Der Kuchenbereich ist in Abstimmung mit dem derzeitigen Betreiber als Ausgabekuche geplant.Fur die weitere Planung ist es notig verschiedene Fachplaner hinzuzuziehen. Daher schreibt die Stadt Burg Stargard die Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung in einem offenen Verfahren aus.Das Bauvorhaben ist eine geforderte Massnahme und somit an Auflagen und Fristen gebunden.Awards
