Neben Laborraumen werden auch Lehr- und Forschungsraume sowie ein Reinraum nach ISO 14644 Klasse 7 errichtet. Die Gesamtbaukosten betragen 14.500.000 EUR. Der Anteil der Kosten fur die zu bearbeitenden Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 betragt ca. 2.700.000 EUR. Als Zielstellung fur die Erstellung der Entwurfsplanung ist Ende 2016 vorgesehen. Die Bauzeit soll 24 Monate betragen.Es handelt sich um einen Sonderbau besonderer Art oder Nutzung nach SS 2 Absatz 4 Ziffer 5, 7 und 11 Sachsischer Bauordnung.Awards
