Die Schule wird als 1-zugige Grundschule mit Hort (max. 96 Kinder) gefuhrt.Das Schulgebaude soll im Hinblick auf die aktuellen baurechtlichen Bestimmungen zu Barrierefreiheit, Brandschutz (2.Rettungsweg Dach/ Keller), Schallschutz etc. saniert, umgebaut und ggf. erweitert werden.Mit dem Umbau soll ausserdem die bestehende Raumorganisation verbessert werden, entweder durch einen Anbau oder durch die Nutzung von Ausbaupotentialen in Dach- und Kellergeschoss. Weiterhin sind u. a. Massnahmen zur Verbesserung des Sonnenschutzes, Erneuerung der Sanitaranlagen, Dachsanierung, statischen Sicherung und Erneuerung technischer Anlagen geplant.Im Zuge verschiedener bereits durchgefuhrter Teilbaumassnahmen wurden die Fenster erneuert (2008) und eine neue Gastherme eingebaut (2017).Die Baumassnahme ist in Bauabschnitte zu gliedern. Der Schulbetrieb wird wahrend der Bauzeit ausgelagert.Die Freianlagen, zu denen auch ein Sportplatz nordlich des Freizeitcenters gehort, sollen neu konzipiert werden. Der vorhandene Zaun ist als Teil der denkmalgeschutzten Freianlage moglichst zu erhalten.Es ist beabsichtigt, fur das Bauvorhaben Fordermittel aus unterschiedlichen Forderprogrammen in Anspruch zu nehmen.Das Baugrundstuck umfasst die Flurstucke 351a (Schulgebaude, Pausen- und Hortflachen, 5 530 m2), 351/8 (Kleinspielfeld) und 351/6 (Laufbahn) der Gemarkung Oberputzkau.Gemass Raumprogramm sollen insgesamt ca. 1 030 qm NUF fur die Schulnutzung erreicht werden.Die Umbau-, Sanierungs- und Neubaukosten werden auf 2,6 Mio. EUR (KG 300 + 400 brutto) geschatzt.Awards
