Gegenstand dieser Bekanntmachung ist Los 3 - Fachplanungsleistungen der Technischen Gebaudeausrustung Elektro.Als zukunftiges Rathaus und Sitz der Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung soll ein bestehendes Verwaltungsgebaude dienen. Es ist an die neue Nutzung und den aktuellen Stand von Technik und baurechtlichen Vorgaben anzupassen. Zu planen ist die TGA fur eine Hauptnutzflache von 1 085 m2 und einen Anbau als Neubau von ca. 237 m2 Nutzflache.Die Massnahme wird offentlich gefordert.Wegen der Forderbedingungen ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung, zunachst bis zur Leistungsphase 3, erforderlich. Auf die weitere Beauftragung besteht kein Rechtsanspruch.Awards
