Der Neubau soll gleichzeitig als Auftaktbauwerk fur den Zugang zum Kur- und Heilwald fungieren. Der Kostenrahmen fur das Gesamtvorhaben betragt ca. 3,4 Mio. EUR (brutto). Der Kostenrahmen wird derzeit fur die KG 300/400 mit ca. 2,5 Mio. EUR (brutto) und fur die KG 500 mit ca. 176 TEUR (brutto) veranschlagt. Die Umsetzung des Vorhabens erfolgt in Bauabschnitten (Abbruch, Errichtung Neubau, Freianlagen). Der Abruf der Planungsleistungen erfolgt ebenfalls schrittweise (LP 2 bis 4fur das gesamte Vorhaben, anschliessend LP 5 bis 9 entsprechend der zeitlichen Umsetzung der jeweiligen Bauabschnitte).Das Gesamtprojekt soll in den Jahren 2018 bis 2020 abschnittsweise (Abbruch, Neubau, Freianlagen) realisiert werden.
