Geplant ist neben einer Wohnbebauung mit ca. 1 000 bis 1 300 Wohneinheiten die Errichtung einer Kindertagesstatte (Kita) sowie einer Grundschule und eines Seniorenwohnstifts. Es liegt bereits eine Masterplanung aus dem Jahr 2019 vor (siehe Anlagen 1-09).Vorgesehen ist eine familienfreundliche naturbezogene Stadtteilerweiterung, welche sich arrondierend zwischen die Kulturlandschaft und die bestehende Siedlungsstruktur einfugt. Dabei sind einerseits eine hohe Durchgrunung und andererseits bezahlbarer Wohnraum vorgesehen.Gesucht wird ein Realisierungstrager fur die Gesamtkoordination und Abwicklung der Massnahme.Awards
