Bei dem zu sanierenden Gebaude handelt es sich um ein Bauwerk mit 3 Vollgeschossen und Flachdach, die NRF betragt ca. 5 800 qm.Folgende Massnahmen sollen im Zuge der anstehenden Sanierung ausgefuhrt werden:-- Sanierung der Gebaudehulle,-- Austausch Fenster, Oberlichter, Verglasungen,-- Brandschutztechnische und konstruktive Ertuchtigung tragender Konstruktionen,-- Sanierung/Erneuerung notwendiger Fluchttreppen,-- Sanierung/Ertuchtigung/Dammung Dach uber Halle,-- Erneuerung der haustechnischen Anlagen Elektro, Heizung, Luftung, Sanitar, MSR (auf Stand der Technik),-- Erganzung Brandmeldeanlage,-- Erneuerung Aufzugsanlage (Stand der Technik/Barrierefreiheit),-- Sanierung aller inneren Oberflachen,-- Erneuerung betriebstechnischer Einbauten fur Fachraume.Die Arbeiten werden in 3 separaten Bauabschnitten in den Jahren 2019, 2020 und 2021 ausgefuhrt.Awards
