Die unterversorgten Gebiete der Niedergrafschaft sollen im Rahmen der NGA-Rahmenregelung und der Breitbandforderrichtlinie des Bundes mit einem flachendeckenden Breitbandnetz versorgt werden. Es wurde beschlossen, ein passives Breitbandnetz zu errichten und an einen Betreiber zu verpachten.Awards
