Die weiteren Stufen, d. h. die Leistungsstufe 1 (Projektvorbereitung), die Leistungsstufe 2 (Vorplanung, Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung), Leistungsstufe 3 (Ausfuhrungsvorbereitung [Ausfuhrungsplanung, Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe]) und Leistungsstufe 4 (Objektuberwachung und Projektabschluss) wird der Auftraggeber gesondert schriftlich ubertragen. Aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung konnen kein Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung weiterer Stufen und keine zusatzlichen Honoraranspruche abgeleitet werden.Awards
