Der Bismarckplatz ist eine stadtische Grunflache von ca. 4 400 m2 nordwestlich der Innenstadt. Auf ca. 2 700 m2 soll ein zweigeschossiges Kita-Gebaude in Modulbauweise entstehen. Die ubrige Flache soll weiter als Grunflache dem Quartier erhalten bleiben. Das Raumprogramm sowie das Aussengelande soll nach Vorgabe des LVR umgesetzt werden. Die Fertigstellung des Gesamtprojektes ist zum 1.8.2021 terminiert. Die Einreichung einer Bauvorabfrage zur Klarung der Genehmigungsfahigkeit muss bis zum 1.9.2020 erfolgen.Es ist geplant, die Leistungen pauschal zu beauftragen.Awards
