Das vorhandene Gebaude auf dem Gelande wird im Rahmen der Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens abgerissen. Die Gebaude haben denselben Grundriss, denselben Standort und eine weitgehend identische Raumaufteilung. Ein Gebaude ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und ein Gebaude nach Suden.Forderprogramm:Das Bauvorhaben wird aktuell nicht mit Fordermitteln errichtet. Sollte ein nutzbares Forderprogramm aufgelegt werden, wird sich der Auftraggeber darum bemuhen, in das Forderprogramm aufgenommen zu werden, sodass Zuarbeiten des Auftragnehmers fur die Gestaltung eines Fordermittelantrages erforderlich werden konnen.Awards
