Das Vorhaben besteht aus den beiden Neubauten Stadthaus (Verwaltungsgebaude) und dem Burgerforum (Stadthalle + burgernahe Einrichtungen) sowie dem Abbruch des bestehenden Kultur- und Verwaltungsgebaudes sowie Erneuerung der gesamten Aussenanlagen.In einem 1. Schritt soll der Neubau des Stadthauses realisiert werden. Hierzu wird zurzeit ein Wettbewerb durchgefuhrt. Die Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen ist im April 2021 angedacht. Damit es bei den dann anstehenden Planungsphasen zu keiner zeitlichen Verzogerung kommt sollen die wichtigsten Fachplanungsleistungen zeitgerecht ausgeschrieben werden.Die Leistungen sollen stufenweise fur alle Leistungsphasen beauftragt werden.Gegenstand dieser Vergabe ist die Beauftragung mit Grundleistungen der Bauphysik in den Bereichen Warmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik (Schallschutz) und Raumakustik der Leistungsphasen 1-8 des Leistungsbildes Bauphysik gemass Anlage 1 HOAI sowie weiterer besonderer Leistungen.Es erfolgt eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen (Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, 4 bis 5, 6 bis 8).Awards
