Die Sporthalle wurde im Jahr 1975 errichtet. Im Jahr 2006 wurde die Halle statisch untersucht. Unmittelbar im Anschluss daran wurden aufgrund mangelnder Lastreserven zusatzliche Quertrager zur Unterstutzung der bestehenden Dachkonstruktion montiert. Eine energetische Sanierung erfolgte in diesem Zusammenhang nicht. Das Gebaude befindet sich baujahrbedingt insgesamt in einem sanierungsbedurftigen Zustand. Insbesondere das Dach, die Hallendecke und der Hallenboden - sowie die technischen Einbauten bedurfen in wesentlichen Teilen der Erneuerung und der energetischen Optimierung.Awards
