Dabei wird das Erreichen eines Green-Buildings-Zertifikates angestrebt. Der Planungsbeginn fur die Sanierungsmassnahme ist fur August 2015 vorgesehen. Das Ergebnis der Leistungsphase 2 muss bis Mitte November 2015 vorliegen. Der Baubeginnt spatestens im Januar 2017 und soll bis Ende 2018 komplett fertiggestellt sein. Im Anschluss beginnt die Ausfuhrung der Leistungsphase 9. Entsprechend ist die Vertragslaufzeit in dieser Veroffentlichung bis Marz 2024 angegeben.Awards
