Fur diesem Teilleistungenfinden im Gegensatz zu den grundsatzlichen Regelungen der Vergabeunterlagen der Auftraggeberin die AGB der Deutschen Post AG Anwendung. Bei Vertragsabschluss sind diese Teilleistungsvertrage vorzulegen.Niederlegungsstellen i. S. d. SS 181 ZPO sind keine Nachunternehmer. Voraussichtlicher Vertragsbeginn: 1.7.2018. Die Postgegenstande sind vom Auftragnehmer in dessen Raumlichkeiten zu frankieren. Die Zuordnung auf 6 Kostenstellen ist erforderlich.Awards
