Die Dachflachen bestehen sowohl aus Stahlbeton (Ortbeton bauseits) als auch in Teilen (im Bereich der Badehallen) aus zu errichtenden Holzleimbinderdachkonstruktion mit jeweiliger Dachschalung. Es gilt die Dachabdichtung der gesamten Dachflachen des Hallenbades sowie der Nebengebaude herzustellen. In die Leistung ist ebenfalls die Abdichtung von Bodenflachen im Innenbereich von Gebauden in nichtunterkellerten Bereichen inbegriffen. Die Dacher sind zum Teil als Schwarzdach und als extensives Grundach auszubilden.Awards
