In den beiden Kindertagesstatten sind jeweils 2 Krippengruppen, 2 Regelgruppen und eine Hortgruppe unterzubringen. Des Weiteren sollte ein Raum fur gemeinsames Zusammenkommen beider Kindertagesstatten mit in die Planung aufgenommen werden (ca. 100 m2). Erweiterungsmoglichkeiten sind bei der Planung zudem zu berucksichtigen.Das Grundstuck hat eine Gesamtflache von 5 120 m2 und wird nach Baufertigstellung mit je 2 560 m2 auf die beiden Trager der Kindertagesstatten aufgeteilt.Als Kostenobergrenze werden 5 350 000 EUR brutto (Kgr. 200-700) angesetzt.Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen:Objektplanung Gebaude und Innenraume, Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemass SSSS 33 ff.
