Zusatzlich sind die sieben ServicePunkte, in denen bereits heute VOIP-fahige Telefonanlagen des Herstellers Aastra laufen, anzubinden. Die Systeme sind mit neuen Endgeraten, PC-Softphone mit CTI-Funktionalitat fur ca. 1 100 Endbenutzer auszustatten. Eine zentrale Managebarkeit des Anlagenverbundes wird durch Redundanzen und Fallbackfunktionen sichergestellt. Optional ist die Implementierung eines Videokonferenzsystems anzubieten. Die Inbetriebnahme muss bis zum 31.8.2012 erfolgt sein.Awards
