Ferner wird das bestehende Werkstattgebaude abgerissen und durch einen Neubau ersetzt. Die erforderlichen Werkstattflachen erhohen sich. Ausserdem ist das komplette Berufliche Schulzentrum Kelheim durch eine vergrosserte Einfachsporthalle (27x16x7m) im Passivhausstandard zu erweitern. Die gesamte Baumassnahme ist wahrend des laufenden Schulbetriebes durchzufuhren. Die Haustechnik soll in diesem Zuge ebenfalls komplett erneuert werden.
