Die GMH | Gebaudemanagement Hamburg GmbH ist ein stadtisches Unternehmen, das u. a. fur uber 50 Schulen im Suden Hamburgs (Wilhelmsburg und Harburg) sowie fur Gebaude des Uni- und Kommunalbaus die Dienstleistungen des Baus, des Betriebes und der Bewirtschaftung wahrnimmt.Die AG SBH und GMH vergeben die Durchfuhrung von Pflegearbeiten auf Kunststoff-/Kunstrasenflachen in den Aussenanlagen der staatlichen Schulen in Hamburg, fur den Zeitraum ab Beauftragung bis 31.12.2020 mit der Option, dass der Vertrag zweimalig schriftlich seitens des AG jeweils um 12 Monate bis maximal zum 31.12.2022 verlangert werden kann. Die schriftliche Verlangerung erfolgt durch den AG vor Ablauf der jeweils aktuellen Vertragsbindung, spatestens jedoch acht Wochen vor jeweiligem Vertragsende.Awards
