Seitdem hat das Amt fur Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien der Stadt Troisdorf die Tragerschaft uber den ausserunterrichtlichen Bereich - ,,Trogata" - der offenen Ganztagsschulen im Primarbereich.Es soll eine sukzessive Umstellung des Verpflegungssystems von der Zubereitungskuche auf ein Catering-Verpflegungssystem zum 1.11.2019, Schuljahr 2019/2020 beginnend umgesetzt werden.Das Speisenangebot muss den Empfehlungen des DGE Qualitatsstandards fur Schulverpflegung (in der jeweiligen aktuellen Fassung, zurzeit: 4. Auflage, Nov. 2014) entsprechen. Die Mittagsverpflegung soll in einer altersgerechten, vollwertigen und abwechslungsreichen Form nach aktuellen ernahrungsphysiologischen Erkenntnissen erfolgen.Awards
