Angebote konnen immer ausschliesslich nur fur verschreibungspflichtige Arzneimittel abgegeben werden. Ausnahmen sind die Fachlose: Losnummer 001, 006, 038, 039, 058, 061, 078, 118, 152, 166, 251 und 252, wo jeweils ausschliesslich nicht-verschreibungspflichtige, apothekenpflichtige Arzneimittel angeboten werden durfen. Pro Fachlos wird eine Rabattvereinbarung mit maximal einem, 2 oder 3 pharmazeutischen Unternehmern (Bieter oder Bietergemeinschaft) geschlossen (zur Hochstzahl siehe II.2.4) des jeweiligen Fachloses).Awards
