Es werden Mietwohnungen (1 bis 4-Zimmerwohnungen), teilweise mit offentlicher Forderung, im KfW 70 Standard errichtet. Gewerbeeinheiten sind nicht vorgesehen. Alle Wohnungen (ausser Hochparterre) sind barrierefrei erreichbar. Die Gebaude sind voll unterkellert. Der Innenhof wird neu gestaltet. Die Gebaude werden in Massivbauweise aus Kalksandstein und Stahlbeton errichtet und sind mit einem WDV-System gedammt. Die Malertatigkeiten beinhalten Spachtel- und Verputzarbeiten von unterschiedlichen Untergrunden wie Filigranwande aus Stahlbeton oder monolithischem Stahlbeton sowie Kalksandstein und Trockenbau.Awards
