B. geheftete Lagenpakete, oder vorkonsolidierte Organobleche) in einer Heisspresse umgeformt werden. Die Presse und die Werkzeugtemperierung muss unter anderem fur die Bearbeitung von CF/PEEK (Karbonfasern mit einer Polyetheretherketon Matrix) und CF/PPS (Polyphenylensulfid) Bauteilen ausgelegt sein.Der Pressdruck dieser Heisspresse soll den Bereich von 2 bis 20 bar abdecken.Die Presse soll als Oberkolben Saulenpresse mit hydraulischem Gleichlauf ausgefuhrt sein.Die Pressflache ist im Bereich zwischen 800 x 1 200 mm und 1 800 x 1 400 mm vorgesehen.Awards
