Das dreigeschossige Gebaude mit Innenhof ist fur die gemeinsame Nutzung der beiden in Kooperation stehenden Schulen konzipiert.Die Abmessungen des Neubaus betragen ca. 46,9 m x 29,45 m und ergeben einen Gesamtumfang von ca. 130 m. Die Grundflache betragt etwa 1 200 m2. Die Gebaudehohe betragt inklusive Treppenhauserhohung ca. 14,22 m uber OKFFB. Das Gebaude ist nicht unterkellert.Die Bodenplatte auf einer Pfalgrundung, die Geschossdecken, sowie die Flur- und Aussenwande bilden das Grundgerust der Tragkonstruktion aus Stahlbeton und/oder Mauerwerk. Alle sonstigen Wande sind nichttragend und ohne Raster angeordnet. Die Nutzungseinheiten im Inneren des Gebaudes lassen sich aussen, anhand von Aluminium-Blech-Rahmen in der Fassade, ablesen. Der Innenhof und die Balkone sorgen fur eine naturliche Belichtung der Flure und Nebenraume.Awards
