An den Ecken ist es auf 4,80 m reduziert, die Mittelstucke der Langsseite sind im 8,40 m Raster, die der Stirnseiten im 6 m Raster angelegt. Die Aufzugs- und Treppenhauskerne sowie Teile der technischen Erschliessungskerne sind als aussteifende Wandscheiben eingestellt. ie Geschosshohen liegen zwischen 3,85 m im 2.
