Der Auftrag umfasst die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Leasing/Anmietung der Hard- und Software sowie die Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltung uber einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren.Zu den Leistungen zahlen die Erneuerung des Draht- und Funkabfragesystems (DFS) sowie des Einsatzleitsystems (ELS) der Leitstellen Zeven, Winsen (Luhe) und Soltau im Leitstellenverbund. Jede der drei Leitstellen ist mit eigenstandiger, zentraler Systemtechnik fur das DFS auszustatten, welche verbundweit zu vernetzen ist. Fur den Betrieb des ELS ist ein zentraler Server am Standort Zeven zu installieren der im Regelbetrieb durch alle drei Standorte genutzt wird. Die Standorte Winsen (Luhe) und Soltau erhalten Backup-Server fur den Ruckfallbetrieb im Falle einer Storung der Verbundvernetzung. Alle Leitstellen verfugen uber 3 vollwertig ausgestattete Bedienarbeitsplatze sowie 2 Ausnahmeabfrageplatze fur DFS und ELS. Der Verbund ist am Standort Winsen (Luhe) uber die bauseits gestellte LS1/LS2 Schnittstelle an das BOS-Digitalfunknetz anzubinden. Der Zugang zum BOS-Digitalfunknetz ist uber die Verbundvernetzung fur alle Standorte zu gewahrleisten. Die Verbundvernetzung wird auf Basis eines 100 MBit/sec, full-Duplex, Layer-2-transparenten Netzwerkrings bauseits gestellt.Awards
