Fur die beschriebene Massnahme werden Fachplanungsleistungen TGA-Generalplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemass HOAI erforderlich.Die Gesamtflache des Neubaus betragt voraussichtlich ca. 2 550 m2 BGF.Die Sporthalle soll, mit dem sich aktuell in Planung befindenden Hallenbad, ein Sportzentrum bilden, deshalb ist es beabsichtigt, dass die Erschliessung beider Gebaude uber ein gemeinsames Foyer erfolgt.Das Foyer ist dem Bauteil Hallenbad zugeordnet.Bei der Planung ist insbesondere auf die Hohenabwicklung im Gesamtkontext zu achten.Die Energieversorgung beider Bauteile erfolgt uber eine gemeinsame Energiezentrale.Die Energiezentrale ist dem Projekt Hallenbad zugeordnet.Die Dimensionierung der Anlagenkomponenten bis zum definierten Ubergabepunkt im Bauteil Sporthalle wird, auf Basis des verabschiedeten Raum- und Funktionsprogramm, durch den im Projekt Hallenbad beauftragten Fachplaner vorgenommen.Awards
