Jetzt soll ein Masterplan fur die Sanierung der Gesamtanlage aufgestellt und die anstehenden Massnahmen und Teilprojekte auf dieser Basis sukzessive umgesetzt werden - das ist Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Diese Planungsleistungen umfassen zum einen die Objektplanung Gebaude und Freianlagen. Aufgrund des engen Zusammenhangs baulicher und landschaftlicher Elemente bei der Burgruine soll die Planung in eine Hand vergeben werden. Ausserdem werden die Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung vergeben. Grundlage des Masterplans ist die Zusammenstellung des Hochbauamtes zur Ausgangslage und den verschiedenen Teilprojekten. (Anlage ,,Zielkatalog"). Mit dem Masterplan als Leitlinie sollen zunachst 8 Massnahmen geplant und bis 2020 umgesetzt werden, entsprechend der vorhandenen Haushaltsmittel (veranschl.
