Die Erschliessung des Industriegebietes umfasst ein Areal von ca. 55 ha. Bestandteil des Projektes sind die Planung und Realisierung von Massnahmen zum Bau von Verkehrsanlagen, zur Abwasserentsorgung (Schmutz- und Regenwasser), zur Trinkwasserversorgung, Strassenbegleitgrun und Ausgleichs- und Ersatzmassnahmen. Ein weiterer Bestandteil der Projektsteuerungsleistung ist die Koordinierung von Leistungen der Planung, der Baudurchfuhrung, der ortlichen Bauuberwachung und SigeKo sowie die Durchfuhrung/ Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe weiterer Ingenieurleistungen gemass den gultigen Schwellen-werten (Teilnahmewettbewerb, VOF Verfahren). Die geschatzten Erschliessungskosten belaufen sich auf 14 000 000 EUR netto. Die Massnahme soll als GRW-Massnahme durchgefuhrt werden.Awards
