Im Verwaltungsflugel werden Buroraume realisiert. Im Westflugel befinden sich Buro-, Ubungsraume, sowie ein Horsaal.Das Dachgeschoss im Westflugel sowie die Fassaden und Fenster wurde bereits 2010 saniert.Die Gebaudeteile stehen unter Denkmalschutz.In Abstimmung mit der Denkmalbehorde ist die barrierefreie Erschliessung der Gebaude zu realisieren.Die Heizungs- Sanitar-und Elektroanlagen sind komplett zu erneuern und dem Bedarf anzupassen.Die Versorgungszentralen fur Heizung, Kaltwasser, Elektro-, Brandmeldeanlagen fur die Folkwang Universitat der Kunste befinden sich in dem zu sanierenden Bereich. Die Planung von Interimslosungen zur Sicherstellung der Versorgung der Gesamtliegenschaft sind Bestandteil des Vertrages.Bei den Neuplanungen fur die technischen Anlagen ist die Versorgung der Gesamtliegenschaft zu berucksichtigen.Das Gesamtprojekt gliedert sich in zwei Teilprojekte.1. Teilprojekt: Sanierung- und Modernisierung Westflugel;2.
