Das historische Gebaude ist Teil eines denkmalgeschutzten Ensembles und wurde in den 50er Jahren wiederaufgebaut. Die Hauptnutzflache betragt 3 750 m2. Die zukunftige Nutzung teilt sich in ca. 515 m2 Buro- und 450 m2 Laborflache (1. Bauabschnitt) und ca. 325 m2 Laborflache (2. Bauabschnitt). Die Hullflache ist als vorgezogene Massnahme bereits saniert worden. Im Inneren des Gebaudes befindet sich ein Kunstwerk, welches eingelagert und anschliessend wieder zu integrieren ist. Die Technik wird komplett erneuert, in enger Abstimmung mit dem Bauherrn und Nutzer. Ausgeschrieben sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung nach HOAI SS34, LPH 3,5-9, Honorarzone III. Die Baukosten nach DIN 276, KG 100 - KG 700 betragen 13 300 000 EUR. Der Bauherr behalt sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen vor. Die Baumassnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten erfolgen.Awards
