Auftragsgegenstand ist daher die Unterstutzung bei Fehlerbehebung und Weiterentwicklung inkl. Anpassung an gesetzliche Anderungen sowie die Moglichkeit weitere Nutzungsrechte zu definierten Preisen bis 30.4.2023 zu erwerben. Vorliegend handelt es sich nicht um eine Rahmenvereinbarung im Sinne des SS 21 VgV, da der Systemservice die Hauptleistung darstellt (vgl. Auftragswertschatzung). Leistungsgegenstand sind mithin: a) Dienstleistungskontingent (optional ohne Anspruch auf Abnahme); b) Nachkauf von Lizenzen (optional ohne Anspruch auf Abnahme); c) Wartung und Pflege fur 14Plus und WebFM (bisheriges Gesamtsystem); d) Wartung und Pflege von KRISTALL (bisheriges Gesamtsystem); e) Wartung Pflege aller neu gekauften Lizenzen (siehe Auftragsgegenstandsbeschreibung lit. b).Awards
