Zu diesem Zweck wird ein Treuhander gesucht, der schwerpunktmassig die Baulandumlegung (freiwillige Umlegung ohne Zwischenerwerb) gemass SSSS 45 ff. BauGB betreibt.Im Einzelnen soll der Treuhander folgende Leistungen erbringen:1. Umlegung,2. Erschliessungsplanung,3. Vertragsgestaltung,4. Vermarktung,5. ProjektkoordinationBei der geplanten Baulandumlegung handelt es sich um ein komplexes Verfahren mit erhohten Anforderungen aufgrund unterschiedlicher Nutzungen.Es wird eine Projektlaufzeit von ca. 2,5 Jahre angenommen.Hinweis: Ein Aufstellungsbeschluss fur einen Bebauungsplan wurde bislang noch nicht gefasst. Eine erste Planungsidee liegt vor. Die stadtebaulichen Leistungen sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Auftrages.Awards
