Die Flache fur den Neubau steht auf dem Grundstuck der Ostfalia Hochschule an der Salzdahlumer Strasse zur Verfugung. Das Baufeld wird vom angrenzenden Parkplatz, der Feuerwehrumfahrt sowie den benachbarten Gebauden begrenzt und ist im beiliegenden Lageplan markiert. Die Baukosten, Kostengruppe 200 - 600 (ohne 611 u. 612) nach DIN 276 sind mit 3 900 000 EUR inkl. 19 % MwSt. prognostiziert. Dieser Kostenrahmen darf nicht uberschritten werden.Awards
