Der Neubau soll auf einer auf dem Campus integrierten Flache realisiert werden, die bis zum Baubeginn freigeraumt wird. Fur die Massn. sind fur die KG 300/400 gem. DIN 276 insg. ca. 14,1 Mio. EUR (brutto) veranschlagt.Das Saarland, Ministerium fur Inneres, Bauen und Sport (MIBS), vertr. durch das Landesverwaltungsamt (LaVA), dieses vertr. durch die staatl. Hochbaubehorde (SHB), wird als Auftraggeber und Bauherr fungieren.Gesucht wird ein Projektsteurer, der im Wesentl. die unter II.2.4) beschriebenen Leistungen erbringt. Der Projektsteurer soll auch eine Wettbewerbsbetreuung und die Betreuung von Vergabeverfahren nach VgV im DL-Bereich ubernehmen.Awards
