In den Erweiterungsbau wird eine 4-Gruppen Kindertagesstatte integriert werden. Der Erweiterungsbau wird als 4-geschossiger Massivbau in Stahlbetonbauweise mit Verblendmauerwerk errichtet. Die 4- geschossigen Bestandsgebaude werden saniert und umgebaut. Die Aussenanlagen werden im Zuge der Sanierung komplett erneuert/saniert und in Abstimmung mit der Denkmalpflege neu gestaltet.Ausfuhrung von Putzarbeiten mit Kalk- Zement- Putz auf Bestandsuntergrunden aus unterschiedlichem Mauerwerk nach bauseitiger Entfernung des Bestandsputzes. Ca. 8 000 m2 Wandputz und ca. 1 500 m2 Deckenputz.Voraussichtliche Ausfuhrung auf der Baustelle: 10.5.2019-24.8.2019.Awards
