Das Betriebsgebaude mit Technikraum und Umkleiden wurde bereits saniert. Gegenstand der Sanierung ist nun das Schwimmerbecken mit 6 Bahnen und Sprungturm sowie ein Erlebnisbecken, die barrierefreie Gestaltung der Aussenanlagen und des Beckenumgangs. Die Sanierung wird teilweise durch das Bundesprogramm SJK gefordert. Eine weitere Forderung ist beim Land Bayern im Programm ,,Schwimmbadforderung" beantragt. Die Wiedereroffnung soll im Fruhjahr 2022 sein. Die Sanierung der Technik mit Optimierung des Energieverbrauchs wird parallel ausgeschrieben.Vorbehaltlich massgeblicher Forderbescheide/Finanzierung erfolgt die Beauftragung nach HOAI Ingenieurbauwerke SSSS 43,44 Abs.5 Anlage 12 und Freianlagen 39,40 HOAI 2013 stufenweise. Als besondere Leistung wird die koordinierende Projektoberleitung vergeben. Uber eine jeweils weitere Beauftragung der Leistungsstufen entscheidet der Auftraggeber im weiteren Planungsverlauf. Aus der stufenweisen Beauftragung konnen keine Forderungen auf die Ubertragung weiterer Leistungsstufen oder weiterer Leistungen abgeleitet werden.Awards
