Es sind folgende Bauabschnitte geplant: 1) Bauabschnitt: Hammer Strasse von Bulowstrasse bis Katharinenstrasse sowie Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse von Hammer Strasse bis Rudolf-Salchow-Weg und Baumerstrasse; 2) Bauabschnitt: Hammer Strasse von Katharinenstrasse bis Hagenstrasse; 3) Bauabschnitt: Hammer Strasse von Hagenstrasse bis Hans-Bockler-Strasse; 4) Bauabschnitt: Hammer Strasse von Hans-Bockler-Strasse bis Barsener Strasse.Awards
