Leistungsinhalt ist die gewerbsmassige Abholung, ggf. Freimachung, Beforderung und Zustellung von Briefsendungen im Gewichtsbereich bis 1 000 g auf der Grundlage der Vorgaben der Regulierungsbehorde fur Telekommunikation und Post (Bundesnetzagentur) gem. SS 5 Abs. 1 und SS 6 PostG.Aufgrund der Bedeutung der Dokumente ist die Zustellung der Ausgangspost an allen Werktagen (Montag bis Samstag) notwendig.Da die Menge der tatsachlich ubergebenen Sendungen vom tatsachlichen Bedarf der DAK-G und damit vom Einzelfall abhangig ist, kann eine Abnahme nicht garantiert werden. Insofern besteht keine Abnahmeverpflichtung der DAK-G.Die Leistung wird aufgeteilt in 27 Lose ausgeschrieben. Grundsatzlich beinhaltet jedes Los Sendungsmengen fur die regionale sowie fur die deutschlandweite Zustellung von Sendungen.Awards
