Uber die Jahre wurde das Betriebsgelande immer weiter ausgebaut. Zwar reichen die zur Verfugung stehenden Buroflachen und technische Gebaude fur den Arbeitsalltag aus, sie entsprechen jedoch bei genauerer Betrachtung nicht mehr heutigen Anforderungen und verhindern durch die Verteilung uber das Betriebsgelande und die Struktur des Bestandsgebaude eine effiziente Arbeitsweise.Das Kundencenter der Stadtwerke wird aus dem derzeitigen Betriebssitz ausgegliedert. Die Raume des Kundencenters werden im Erdgeschoss des geplanten Gebaudes angeordnet. Die Verlegung der weiteren Einrichtungen der Stadtwerke ist langfristig, in ein noch zu projektieren Bauvorhaben vorgesehen.Hinzu kommt der Bedarf nach einem zentralen Standort der Volkshochschule der Stadt Soest, die bislang auf verschiedene Standorte im Stadtgebiet verteilt ist.Gegenstand dieses Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. SS 17 VgV sind die erforderlichen Leistungen der:- "Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung" in dengem. SS51 HOAI in Verbindung mit Anlage 14 HOAI in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 6.Awards
