Die in den Jahren 1981-1984 errichtete Kreisklinik Roth soll in mehreren Bauabschnitten erweitert und generalsaniert werden. In einem ersten Bauabschnitt ist zunachst ein Erweiterungsbau der Funktionsbereiche und der Intensivstation sowie die verkehrliche und technische Anbindung an den Bestand geplant. Derzeitig wird fur den 1. Bauabschnitt eine BGF vo ca. 8 000 m2 angenommen. Hinsichtlich der Gesamtkosten (KG 200-700) wird von ca. 47 000 000 EUR brutto ausgegangen. Es ist beabsichtigt mit dieser Ausschreibung folgende Leistungen (stufenweise) zu beauftragen: Technische Ausrustung, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6, Leistungsphasen 3-9 gemass SSSS 53 ff. HOAI fur den 1. Bauabschnitt. Als optionale Auftragserweiterungen sind die weiteren Bauabschnitte (voraussichtlich BA 2-5) moglich. Fur die weiteren Bauabschnitte waren die Leistungsphasen 1-9 gem.
