Die Stellplatze werden in einer Tiefgarage untergebracht.Der Aufgabe ist ein in ein VOF-Verfahren eingebetteter Architektenwettbewerb vorausgegangen, aus dem das Buro Pfeiffer.Ellermann.Preckel aus Munster als Sieger hervorgegangen ist.Es sind 4-7 Geschosse geplant mit einer Wohnflache von insgesamt ca. 12.200 m2, einer BGF von ca. 20.500 m2 und einem BRI von ca. 58.000 m3.
